Application Principle: Enables efficient continuous welding, with deposition rate 2-3 times that of manual welding electrodes and deposition efficiency over 85%. It is a protective welding wire with extremely convenient operation. Since the steel strip is filled with flux powder, the arc adopts gas-slag combined protection, featuring stable arc, low spatter, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation and high flaw detection pass rate. Mixed gas 75-80%Ar+CO₂ is used as shielding gas. Welding parameters are easy to set, and the wire is convenient for semi-automatic and automatic welding.
